Research Executive (RE)
Responsibilities
- • Hearing and understanding client needs
- • Developing proposals and instruments
- • Designing tools (online applications) for data collection
- • Conducting interviewer briefings and helping prepare fieldwork logistics
- • Conducting data analysis and preparing materials for reports and presentations
- • In cooperation with the related team, presenting to the client
- • Coordinating with the client in executing events and programs
- • Developing ideas and innovations for better research approaches
Requirement
- • Open-minded and target-oriented individuals
- • Self-starter, full initiative, and able to work with minimal supervision
- • Good communication skills and enjoy making contact with various people
- • Great passion for data analytics and data visualization
- • Familiar with statistical software; SPSS, R, etc., or any programming language is
- a plus
- • Mathematics or statistics background, with English fluency (at least passive)
- • Willingness to travel to other cities outside Java
- • Experience in a research agency is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also
- welcome to apply
- •Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel is a must; knowledge of other design application software is an advantage but not mandatory
